 Absent 9/29/22

 Today in class we talked about claim , a claim state the arguments main idea or position. Also a claim has to be argumentative. There are three different types of claims , claim of fact which asserts that something is true or not true . Claim of value and claim of policy . We also did a chart about the play Fences 

 Today in class we worked on questions about the play Fences . Also today was picture, we didnt do much in class 

 Today in class we took a quiz , and it was kind of confusing but i think i did pretty good . We also read more of the play Fences and i played Rose . And we talked about what is going on in the play . the quiz helped me visualize the play more and get in to it . Overall class was fun

 

 In class we read more of the play Fences . i played rose today and we finished scene one . We also wrote down some notes about scene one . We did a chart and talked about negative, neutral, and positive ways to say certain things . 

 todays class was very fun . We started to read a book called”.  Fences” . We also watched a film about Oprah talking to white people about segregation or moving black people out . That film mad me a little mad about how they were talking about black people . We also talked about how can fences be used metaphorically or physical in real life . 

 

 Today in class we started on our one page for the story Rockpile . A one page includes quotes and pictures from the story. To me its like a visual project . 

 Today in class we talked about neighborhoods . The goods and bad of a neighborhood . We also read a story called rock pile and it was a very good detailed story . I also related to the story a bit . The way the mom would put the rules out to one person my mom did that sometimes. Overall class was very interesting for me to because i was invested in the story

 My great uncle was in the military. I feel like my great uncle when through a lot back then because now he tells me a lot of stories about when he was in the army .PTSD is one of the things he talked about because it was a lot  I dont know how it would affect a fathers relationship with his children but i think the father would push their children to go to the military or treat them how he was treated schedule wise 

 Absent / on field trip

 Today in class we talked about process of elimination , process of elimination is a process that helps you with multiple choice questions. Which consists of Choosing the completely wrong answers , somewhat correct answer or the best answer . Also you would select the best answer .. class was pretty simple today . We also watched a clip of a 3 year old who woke up from the dead at her funeral. That clip made me feel weird because i didnt know things like that happen in the world . Overall class was good
